Today is Thanksgiving! We have much to be thankful for, friends and family, but most of all our Savior Jesus Christ! Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. (Romans 118:1)
Nothing new on our adoption. We're still waiting to be out of the Review Room, as well as receiving our referral. Hopefully the new year will bring positive things! We know that we must "walk by Faith and not by Sight" (2 Corinthians 5:7), so we're placing our trust in God knowing that he knows the right time and child he has for us. Of course we'd love to have her NOW, but will keep our eyes on HIM and not "run ahead" of HIS will.
Today we'll be going to Paul's aunt and uncle's home in Oregon City. We always look forward to spending time with them, as well as cousins. His uncle is an amazing cook! We can't wait! No huge plans for the rest of the weekend. We will be watching the Civil War game on Saturday. Go Beavers!!!
Just recently we began to sponsor a little one in Rwanda. Her name is Annociatta. She's 8yrs. and oh so precious! We found her through World Vision, which came to our church last week. We fell in love with her and are looking forward to supporting her.
We'd like to wish everyone a very special Thanksgiving! Thank you for your prayers and support. We love you! :)
